Privacy policy

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or payment details, because there is nothing here to sign up for or buy.

The majority of the tools on this site run entirely inside your browser. When you paste text into a word counter, a case converter or the QR code generator, that text never leaves your device. There is no upload happening in the background.

Some tools genuinely cannot work in your browser, so they send data to our server to do their job. These are the only ones, and this is all they send:

• Tools that fetch a URL — the SEO Analyzer, Redirect Checker, Link Analyzer and YouTube Tag Extractor. The URL you enter is sent to our server, which requests that page and parses it. We do this because your browser is not allowed to fetch other websites directly.
• Keyword suggestions — the Keyword Explorer sends your seed keyword to our server, which queries Google's public autocomplete service. If a search volume provider is configured on this site, the keywords on screen are sent to that provider when you press the volume button, and never before.
• AI features — where a tool is marked with an AI badge, the text you asked it to work on is sent to our server and forwarded to our AI provider, Groq, to generate the response. Non-AI features on those same tools keep working without sending anything.

In both cases the data is used to answer that one request and is not stored in a database afterwards.

Several tools save things locally so they are still there when you come back — your recently used emoji, your saved QR code designs, your UTM campaign history. This uses your browser's local storage, which means the data sits on your own device and is never transmitted to us.

Clearing your browser data, or opening the site in a different browser, will clear these. We cannot recover them, because we never had them. The Emoji Picker, QR Code Generator and UTM Campaign Builder all work this way.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information about requests: IP address, the time of the request, and which page was requested. This is used to keep the service running and to apply rate limits so one visitor cannot exhaust the tools for everyone.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run any third-party advertising network.

If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live, and we will use a provider that does not track individuals across sites. You can see everything the site offers on the tools page, and what we are trying to build on the about page.

Groq processes the text sent through AI features. Google's autocomplete service receives seed keywords from the Keyword Explorer, and DataForSEO receives keywords if a volume lookup is configured and you request one. YouTube's public pages are requested directly by our server when you use a YouTube tool. Our hosting provider handles the server logs described above.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

This site is a set of professional tools and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If you have a question about any of it, please get in touch.
